Plantar Fasciitis: Initial research in!

October 14, 2022

I have successfully treated 36 people with plantar fasciitis over August and September 2022 with 19 on programme currently in October making excellent progress and 9 booked on for November 2022!

"I now can walk over 10,000 steps a day at a fast pace and stand in comfort, so pleased I committed to the treatment plan with Stephen" Maria

What is the secret to my success?

Simply put its my focused 5 step programme of treatment coupled with my focused research and application of learning from that research.

As part of the review process of my programme, Step 5.

I have started a Facebook group with FB Lives and support video and essential information to help treat and cure Plantar Fasciitis. CLICK ON THE IMAGE BELOW TO JOIN THE GROUP

The research is identifying key areas of interest and solutions

  • Initial movement is problematic not just first thing in the morning but also after sitting or been inactive for some time. I am testing with clients different approaches to overcome this mobility issue.
  • Footwear and insoles are problematic, however the testing with clients has had some interesting results. Firstly 80% plus of cases improve with walking barefoot and not using insoles. Clients must buy a new pair of shoes to help with specific issues this varies depending on the plantar fasciitis site and other complications but I have clients wearing work shoes rather than boots, wedge heels for standing pain free (5 hours) or trainers rather than riding boots.
  • Walking and gait exercise specific to your plantar Fasciitis help not only with mobility and movement and reduce pain they also help the foot not damage itself as much so positive feedback loop for faster recovery.
  • Some great feedback from clients who are improving and finding the change funny and difficult in equal measure
