Standing, Pressure and Plantar Fasciitis

This a replay of a Live Event and covers the following:

  • Why have you got Plantar Fasciitis

  • Why is it so painful especially when you stand

  • Specific solutions to help reduce the pain

This replay is part of the information I presented to gain feedback for a book I am publishing in August 2025 called Plantar Fasciitis: "Heel your Pain".

I have been researching and writing bits for 4 years plus now and its finally coming together.

As part of this finalisation and publication I want to be able to help as many people as possible and have a direct and engaging approach so people will read it and ultimately benefit from it.

I have done a series of live online events to talk about my recovery process starting with Standing, Pressure and Plantar Fasciitis. This event will cover the primary issue of plantar fasciitis which is standing up, initially first thing in the morning and explain why that is!

Offer insights to why you have plantar fasciitis

Explain what you are doing with movement and why it’s not allowing the fascia to heal.

Provide solutions to standing to reduce pressure and increase recovery

Explain why insoles are only temporary and work intermittent

Now this book will contain a full treatment programme for plantar fasciitis and explain why you are doing it this way with links and explanation.

I know there is an abundance of information on the internet particularly exercises and devices. What I do works with a high success rate and as you embrace the recovery process it will for you.
