If you have Heal Pain / Plantar Fasciitis, I assume you have hit the internet and found out what are the options to heal your painful foot are?
1. Insoles from the internet or a custom orthotic insole from the Podiatrist
2. Change in footwear to soft supportive shoe from various brands, or a specialist shoe aimed at treating Plantar Fasciitis
3. Some sort of roller or ball to use on the base of the foot to reduce pain.
The above are a popular starting point for plantar fasciitis and depending on severity and time with plantar fasciitis they have mixed results of success and failure.
Plantar Fasciitis is impacting on 10% of the population at different stages and 8% of the population with a painful impact to daily life, starting with getting up in the morning to walking around.
So you have invested in the above and had some temporary relief, but its not gone away.
Well if you live 33km from Stratford Upon Avon, I can definitely help, and successfully treat your plantar fasciitis to be pain free, the fascia healed and your normal walking and standing back!
That is an extremely bold claim, I know!
That is exactly what I have been doing for the last 13 years! I currently have a 93% success rate for recovery from plantar fasciitis.
How do I do it?
Well I have a very different approach to 99% of what you have read and seen on the internet and YouTube.
I would say extremely different from normal treatment, but significantly more successful!
I focus on the cause for your plantar fasciitis which in 90% of cases is how you stand and walk. This makes you more prone to issues and tissue damage. I treat the fascia with a InterX device which reduces pain and inflammation while healing the tissue, very clever. If however I don't address how you stand move and walk around its likely not to heal properly and to come back. That's why other treatments are less effective.
A specific example of this is some sort of special insole. This might provide some relief, but the correction is like a crutch, and should only be used for a short time. The best way to see if this is the case with you is if you can walk in bare feet? If your feet hurt you still have a problem even if its less painful with insoles. I have treated people who had insoles in everything even slippers and still had a problem.
Treatment takes a bit of time usually 3 to 6 weeks for a full recovery.
People see significant reduction in pain after the first couple of sessions and are already moving better, from then on its just a positive loop.
If you have had enough of your plantar fasciitis and want to treat it with a effective programme of recovery with proven results. Will you book a conversation to find out more?
