How 3, 6, 9 Treatment Works

The Number of Movement Sessions a Day

3 sessions of bespoke movements is the optimal amount for fast recovery. Each session is approximately 6 minutes of focused movement where you are moving slightly differently. For example if you are doing a 6 minute walk test, you will have to focus on the different components, heel strike, transfer, drive phase and foot position to name a few. To practice this takes lots of concentration and limited distraction. Its also hard so more than 6 minutes and your brain wonders off.

Why 3 times a day?

Well as a minimum you should do focused movement once a day. However 3 times a day you get 3 weeks of rehabilitation in just a week and much faster results.
